Engineering

This Department is responsible for managing the planning and design stages of our construction projects. These are the technical expertise to project drawings and designs. They also perform cost calculations and preparing financial projections. They also prepare work schedules. This Department’s also houses our Transport manager and officer as well as Mechanics and Diesel Plant Fitters. They make sure that our fleet of yellow machines and small vehicles are in apt operational condition. Surveyors is seen as a section of Engineering as they are responsible for measuring, inspecting property boundaries using specialized Surveying instruments. They also advice clients, architects and construction managers on site conditions they should be aware of as they plan and develop their land. Safety and Health (SHE), as a unit of Engineering, provides safety, health and environmental services to the Organization. The SHE Department’s scope of work includes but is not limited to SHE policy and procedure formulation, Risk assessment, Health and safety audits, Incident management and investigations as well as Training.
